01 The resort
Val d'Isère, 1,850 m
Val d'Isère is the furthest point of our area, at the head of the Tarentaise valley, with one of the longest seasons in Savoie. We already work there, on a Sunday changeover — and it is the day, far more than the distance, that makes it workable: our Saturday round is committed in the 3 Vallées, so Sunday leaves a full day for the upper Tarentaise. The expected standard is comparable to Courchevel: an international clientele, hotel standards, and attention to detail that matters more than volume.

What happens in a single day
In a resort, the cleaning is not the hard part: everything happens at once. Departures in the morning, arrivals in the afternoon, across every property on the same day.
- Before the seasonWe record the number of properties, beds and bathrooms, and set the number of teams needed to hold the day.
- The day before, SaturdayThe next day’s schedule is fixed on confirmed departures, not on the forecast made at the start of the season.
- Sunday morningTeams leave from the valley, 2 hr 15 by road. Each property’s condition is recorded before anything is touched.
- Sunday afternoonProperties ready before arrivals, with a time-stamped photo report for each one.
- At closingEnd-of-season deep clean: bedding, textiles, windows, cupboards, common areas.
03 What we do
Our work at altitude
A narrower list than in the valley: in resorts, we look after holiday accommodation and its common areas, not private homes.

In resorts, we only work on a season contract: a one-off changeover 145 km away cannot be done properly. In the Chambéry valley, holiday lets between guests are handled by Hipla Conciergerie (site in French).

You are 2 hr 15 away: how do you keep the commitment?
Through the day, not the distance. Our Saturday round is committed in the 3 Vallées: that day, we cannot promise anything in the upper Tarentaise. On Sunday, however, the day is free and the team leaves early. That is why we already look after properties in Val d'Isère on a Sunday changeover, while we would turn down the same commitment on a Saturday.
What if my properties change over on Saturday?
Tell us at the visit rather than mid-season. A Saturday in Val d'Isère competes directly with our 3 Vallées round, and we would rather say so before committing. Depending on volume and dates, it remains possible with a dedicated team — but it is not the same contract or the same price, and it is decided before the season.
Standards are high: how do you guarantee them?
With a written specification drawn up before the season, room by room, agreed with you — not with a verbal promise. The same document is used to train each member of staff and to settle any disagreement. With this kind of property, it is the only way to hold a steady standard for five months.
