01 The resort
Courchevel, 1,850 m
Courchevel is spread over four levels, from 1300 to 1850, and the type of property changes sharply from one to the next: family apartments lower down, chalets and upmarket residences on the upper levels. It is the 3 Vallées resort where the expected standard of finish is highest, with an international clientele used to hotel standards.

02 Changeover Saturday
What happens in a single day
In a resort, the cleaning is not the hard part: everything happens at once. Departures in the morning, arrivals in the afternoon, across every property on the same day.
- Before the seasonWe record the number of properties, beds and bathrooms, and set the number of teams needed to hold the day.
- The day before, FridayThe next day’s schedule is fixed on confirmed departures, not on the forecast made at the start of the season.
- Saturday morningTeams leave from the valley, 1 hr 30 by road. Each property’s condition is recorded before anything is touched.
- Saturday afternoonProperties ready before arrivals, with a time-stamped photo report for each one.
- At closingEnd-of-season deep clean: bedding, textiles, windows, cupboards, common areas.
03 What we do
Our work at altitude
A narrower list than in the valley: in resorts, we look after holiday accommodation and its common areas, not private homes.

In resorts, we only work on a season contract: a one-off changeover 100 km away cannot be done properly. In the Chambéry valley, holiday lets between guests are handled by Hipla Conciergerie (site in French).

Is the expected standard different in Courchevel?
Yes, and it is better said before than after. At the 1650 and 1850 levels, expectations come close to hotel service: folded linen, equipment set out, not a single mark on stainless steel or glass. We plan more time per property than elsewhere, and the price reflects it.
How much time is there between departure and arrival?
The standard window runs from 10 am to 4 pm. For a chalet, six hours are rarely enough for two people. That is exactly why we ask for the number of properties in advance: to size the team rather than rush.
Do you work on all four levels of the resort?
Yes, from Courchevel 1300 to 1850. We group properties by level on the same round to limit driving up and down, which lets us keep to the timetable even on a school-holiday Saturday.
