Les Menuires is built on family residences and apartments often let directly by their owners, with no agency in between. That changes the nature of the work: mid-sized properties, systematic restocking of consumables, and owners who are almost never there on changeover day.

02 Changeover Saturday
What happens in a single day
In a resort, the cleaning is not the hard part: everything happens at once. Departures in the morning, arrivals in the afternoon, across every property on the same day.
- Before the seasonWe record the number of properties, beds and bathrooms, and set the number of teams needed to hold the day.
- The day before, FridayThe next day’s schedule is fixed on confirmed departures, not on the forecast made at the start of the season.
- Saturday morningTeams leave from the valley, 1 hr 35 by road. Each property’s condition is recorded before anything is touched.
- Saturday afternoonProperties ready before arrivals, with a time-stamped photo report for each one.
- At closingEnd-of-season deep clean: bedding, textiles, windows, cupboards, common areas.

Our work at altitude
A narrower list than in the valley: in resorts, we look after holiday accommodation and its common areas, not private homes.

In resorts, we only work on a season contract: a one-off changeover 110 km away cannot be done properly. In the Chambéry valley, holiday lets between guests are handled by Hipla Conciergerie (site in French).

I let directly, without an agency. Is that a problem?
Quite the opposite: letting directly, without an agency, is very common in Les Menuires. You send us your calendar, we come in between each stay, and you receive a sign-off photo. No agency to pay, no need to be there.
Do you restock consumables?
Yes, every time: toilet paper, soap, bin bags, basic products. Running out on arrival is what triggers the most negative reviews, for a negligible cost. We tell you what was replaced.
Can Les Menuires and Val Thorens be grouped?
Yes, the two resorts are in the same valley and served by the same road. If you have properties in both, we handle them on the same round — which costs less than two separate visits.
