01 The resort
Les Sybelles, 1,600 m
Les Sybelles links six Maurienne villages, from Le Corbier to Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves by way of La Toussuire. These are not six sites of one resort but six distinct villages, with different access roads and identities. A contract is built village by village here: it is the only way to hold a schedule when the roads up are not the same.

02 How a contract is set up
What we check before committing
We do not take on a one-off changeover 1 hr 25 away: it would not hold the day a departure runs late. A season contract can be prepared — and this is what we look at before signing it.
- GroupingNeighbouring properties, on one or two sites. Spread over five sites, internal travel eats the day and the commitment does not hold — we say so rather than accept it.
- Volume and datesNumber of properties, beds and bathrooms, actual opening and closing dates. This decides the team assigned to the season.
- The visitFree, before any quote. A photo shows the volume, never the access, the carrying or the condition of surfaces.
- The specificationWritten room by room and agreed with you. It is the document used to train staff and to settle a disagreement.
- The reportA time-stamped photo per property at every visit, as in the 3 Vallées. Distance does not change what you receive.
03 What we do
Our work at altitude
A narrower list than in the valley: in resorts, we look after holiday accommodation and its common areas, not private homes.

In resorts, we only work on a season contract: a one-off changeover 90 km away cannot be done properly. In the Chambéry valley, holiday lets between guests are handled by Hipla Conciergerie (site in French).

Les Sybelles — your questions
Do you cover all six villages of the area?
Not interchangeably. The villages have separate roads up, and doing Le Corbier then Saint-Sorlin on the same day costs more in travel than in work. We focus on one or two neighbouring villages per contract, which lets us keep the commitment rather than spread it thin.
Do La Toussuire and Le Corbier work differently?
The housing differs: Le Corbier is built of compact high-altitude residences, La Toussuire has more older blocks and chalets. That changes the time per property and therefore the quote, but not the method or the specification, which stay the same everywhere.
